Produce: Red ‘Warlock’ Capsicums
What are you known for? Warlock Red Capsicums, that we believe are a true delight. We have been growing these rich, deep "choccy" red-coloured block capsicums for over 100 years. They're as visually striking as they are bursting with flavour.
What’s your favourite recipe? For lunch on the farm we keep it simple. Freshly chopped caps on cream cheese and Jatz biscuits with a drizzle of olive oil.
When’s the best season for your produce?: July to November.
